Tatjana Allure - The girl who never gave up on her dreams

Tatjana Allure was born in a small town in Bosnia and Herzegovina. From a young age, she showed a penchant for extravagance. While other girls admired Cinderella, Snow White, and Sleeping Beauty,

Tatjana was fascinated by the powerful Maleficent and similar Disney characters.

She would secretly use her mother’s makeup and create her own fashion combinations.

Even at school, she carried her mother’s items in her bag to change her appearance, despite often being mocked by others. However, she stayed true to herself and her unique style.

Tatjana completed her education in economics and studied literature and English, as there were no beauty or fashion courses available in her area.

As soon as opportunities arose, she attended beauty schools and fashion seminars, working simultaneously as a makeup artist and PMU artist. After completing over 65 courses, she earned seven grand master diplomas as an international educator in makeup, PMU, nail design, cosmetology, body shaping, and aesthetics.

She founded her own beauty academy, one of the first in the Balkans, and connected her beauty business with the fashion world by working on numerous shows. She also created a modeling academy where young girls learned how to become models.

In the last decade, Tatjana expanded to the European market as a master educator and established another beauty academy in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she trains successful makeup and PMU artists and cosmetologists. She has collaborated with major brands on Instagram and launched her own exclusive brands of eyelashes, eyeshadow palettes, and PMU equipment, which are sold across Europe.

Through her work, she has become well-known in the world of fashion and makeup, working with many celebrities. She has connected the beauty and fashion worlds by working with her team on numerous shows and photoshoots as a makeup artist and accessories stylist.

Tatjana has decided to expand her business and return to the Balkans, as she says her soul belongs there.

Recent Achievements

At the end of last year, Tatjana founded the company ALLURE #BEAUTY #FASHION #LOUNGE D.O.O. BEOGRAD in Belgrade. Here, she combined all her successful ventures to provide the best possible service to her clients and future students.

Throughout her career, she has conducted hundreds of schools, seminars, and masterclasses, training many young women who aspired to follow in her footsteps, many of whom have become successful businesswomen.

Permanent Makeup

Tatjana Allure, an international grand master educator, started her beauty business in 2003 and began working with permanent makeup in 2009. By 2010, she had already become a master educator and founded her own academy, Allure, in Mostar, one of the first academies in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In 2014, she began conducting successful training sessions in Western European cities. In 2018, she founded the Allure Academy in Germany, where many of her students have become successful in the permanent makeup world, with many also becoming master educators.

The Allure Academy in Germany is now thriving and is set to receive state academy status by the end of the year.

Earlier this year, Tatjana founded another permanent makeup academy in Belgrade, which officially started operating online in the USA in June 2022.

Tatjana is known for her specific Allure extreme natural brows and nanopigmentation brows & lips. She also established a special department in her school for the best pedagogical approach to clients, which she considers very important in this profession.

Due to her significant success in the beauty world, she has been nominated for a prestigious business award in the beauty business category this year. Recently, she also became a master of the Russian Academy of Margarita Mishutkina.
